    I'm cooking for 14, love it!
    I am doing roast turkey, lamb and pork. Roasted potatoes, pumpkin and carrots, peas and beans.
    Dessert is chocolate ripple, white chocolate and raspberry cheese cake and my 92 year old grandmother is making her great grandmothers plum pudding (it's to die for!!).
    I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm cooking a roast for the first time ever for Christmas, it's usually off the scale boiling but this year it's going to be under 30!

    Roast lamb and pork
    Beans and honey carrots
    Potato and sweet potato bake
    Cauliflower and broccoli bake
    Corn cobs

    Pav
    Trifle
    Choc mud cake for the sole cream hater

    Can't wait!!

    It's a recipe "stolen" from my fav mexican restaurant , it's best made in a big punchbowl or pitcher with loads of ice!

    2 bottles white wine ( I use Pino Grigio)
    1 bottle lemonade (1.2l)
    1 cup cloudy apple juice
    1/2 cup peach schnapps
    Bunch of fresh mint leaves
    Seeds from 2 pomegranates

    Literally pour everything into the punch bowl, rub the mint to get it to release its oil before throwing it in and add lots of ice either in the bowl or in the glasses before serving
