Default What's on your Christmas menu

Roast turkey, pork, potatoes, pumpkin, onions, sweet potato. Gravy. Brussel sprout, carrots and parsnip mash, peas, fresh corn cobs. Gravy. Cold leg of ham. Gravy!

For dessert we are having pavlova and lemon meringue with ice cream.

Not really doing anything else. It will just be my husband and 3 kids. My mum and dad are coming down for the day. My dad is bringing his own prawns. My husband's brother will call in after he finishes work at 5.

I hate having heaps of people around at Christmas when I am the one cooking. Much more enjoyable and relaxing with fewer people.

Me and my sisters are having lunch with our kids and husbands together, my Bil Aunty and cousin and his gf are also joining us. We are having roast beef, chicken, pork and a glazed ham, roast potatoes, cauliflower and cheese and other Veges. Desserts are trifle, jelly cups for the kids, choc peppermint cup cakes, pavlova and a fruit platter with cream and icecream.

My share of the cooking is the pork, cauli and cheese, cupcakes and the fruit platter.

I'm also in Adelaide Monnie and I'm doing BBQ prawns and lamb kebabs/shazlicks also on the BBQ with salad and bread rolls. Just 4 adults and 2 kids who are fussy and wont really eat what we're having so they are getting a platter with crackers, carrots, little boys/savaloys and a few other things. We are going to eat inside in the nice air cond because there are only 6 of us for lunch. Dessert is a platter of slices (rocky road, white christmas, etc) and pudding and custard or baileys icecream - YUM!
