Nothing. Not meditation, walking, climbing stairs, sex, not even many many rounds of induction.

    Babies choose when to come.

I went for a long walk the day before I went into labor, but who knows if that's why. I was 39+3.

You can actually loose your plug a few times throughout pregnancy and it grows back, so you loosing it at 34 weeks doesn't necessarily mean it was a sign of labor being ready to start.

Hopefully you don't have too much longer!

I was about a week overdue. I wouldn't say anything worked though. I did use clary sage and raspberry leaf tea however I think it gave me an efficient labour not brought labour on.

Nothing. I went to 41+5 with DS2 and tried it all. "Normal" gestation is anything up to 42 weeks so you might still have a few weeks to go. Of course everyone knows that a late term pregnancy week is the same length as a regular non pregnancy month, so it'll feel like forever 😁

I spoke to DS2 a lot telling him he needed to GTFO. Still to this day he defiant and rarely does as he's told.

You could try acupressure on your feet. I had that done two days before ds was born. But that was at 41 weeks so he was probably going to come anyway!

Nothing really, I tried everything under the sun, expressing, clary sage oil, walking, bouncing on a ball, acupressure, cinnamon tea, spicy food, pedicures, pretty much any wives tale I could find online except castor oil. I was attempting a vbac so knew they couldn't induce me. I went into labour at 42 weeks, that day I had went for a long walk, dtd and bounced very lightly on dd's trampoline with her. I honestly think that had nothing to do with it really given it had made no difference prior to then 😂

Have you tried clary sage oil?
I had increased bh within 30 mins every time I mixed some oil with cream and put all over body

Oh and acupressure. Top of inner ankles and fleshy webbing between thumb and forefinger

The day before I went into labor, I went for a walk to the store, contractions started, but weren't progressing. My MIL had arrived later that day and we went for a walk 7 times around the block. Well that did it for me, I was in full swing over the night and well into the next day.
