    I think, from memory, you can concieve for 24 hours after the egg is released. If you're ovulating today it might not show on the opk because you would have already had the hormone surge. I know for me, I'll get a positive opk 24-48 hours before I ovulate. I'd test anyway and maybe get in one more bd session.

    For me I get the positive OPK generally on the day of ovulation. But having said that I get pain and a build up so I know exactly when I ovulate, I had to take pain killers this cycle because of it.

    When I was using them from memory I think it came up the day before I ovulated and stayed positive for about 24 hours before it started to fade, I agree with having one more be for luck

    Well we will be bd tonight just in case........ I've been spotting this month, so I was worried things might not be on track. So I might go and get some tests and check, if they don't come up + I can always use next month
