Default In a week how often do you:

    a. Eat meals cooked at home from scratch

It's hard to say. I can have a really good run and only eat homecooked meals for months, then everything goes to sh!t and we will be eating takeaway once / twice a week.

We eat homemade meals every night except Friday, and lunches I prepare myself or 2-3 times a week I'll get takeaway or eat in a cafe

We eat home made from scratch every night, takeaway or out to dinner maybe once a week. Ditto with my lunches.

Homemade almost every day (although I wouldn't always say from scratch. About half the time with pre-made sauces/burger patties/tortillas etc.). Take-away maybe once a month.

Generally eat take away once a week, sometimes less often. I cook in big batches and freeze so it's easy just to pull something out of the freezer, then just add fresh veg.

Mostly home cooked. Takeaway dinner about once a fortnight.
Really depends on how busy/organised I am in any week.
On my 2 workdays I buy lunch about 50% of the time.

We normally have home cooked dinner every night. We probably have takeaway or go out once a fortnight.

Lunches I'm really bad with so I buy sushi or a sandwich most days. I rarely take my lunch to work and even then it's normally just a frozen meal. On the other hand I always seem to make time to prep lunch for DS.

We cook meals at home almost every night. I would guess we have take-away on average once a fortnight.

    We rarely have frozen meals.

I dare say we'd have take-away a little more often if we had decent options conveniently close to home.
