    Hi everyone, Im just popping in to say I hope there are lots of good news stories in here in 2016! I haven't read up properly but I hear all the ladies who struggled a bit over the xmas period...I almost didn't bother putting up our tree.

    We have decided to give it one more shot next year with my eggs, DH has agreed to do 3.5 months off the wine with me and then try one last go. If that doesn't work we might hopefully have a donor interested in us and will do down the DE route. Part of me is ready just to go the donor but I think I will regret not having one more really really good go.

    Theres a renewed sense of hope in our house and it feels great to finally have a new direction!

    Happy birthday to the 2 birthday girls and have a wonderful NYE everyone!

    @Bongley Hmmm, very interesting, very interesting indeed....
    I just spoke with Dr M. What a lovely man. Why did I put it off so long.
    I'm to wean off the Pred 5mg every 3 days (instead of every 5 days), wait 1 week, then I can then have my immune bloods done without the Pred in my system. The blood results take about 2-3 wks to come back.
    Then he'll decide if I need further investigation such as a more detailed biopsy (under anesthetic) than what LB did or have a hysteroscopy.
    I need to organise the HyCoSy myself and I want it done in hospital with some sort of anesthetic so I'm not sure how tricky that will be to sort out. Maybe I should just wait til his bloods come back in case I need to have a biopsy or hysteroscopy done, then I'd only need one lot of anesthetic?
    He said to start taking CO Q10 150mg, Vit E 1000, Caltrate, 5-MTHFR 1000, B12 & B6.
    Thanks @Chiefsgirl for giving me the questions to ask and to @BlondeinBrisvegas for suggesting asking for the HycoSy referral. He's doing the referral for me.

    Good luck @midnite01! He's like a lovely big bear hug after dealing with LB's curt nature and the whiplash nature of Dr W. He led the discussion with asking about my miscarriages...in my initial consultation with LB I only managed to squeeze in telling her about them in the last minute, literally. For me, that says something.
    I had a feeling I wouldn't be looking at another transfer pre-Easter. I need access to sperm for self insemination!! How does a single girl go about doing that exactly...where it's been tested and is safe?!!

    My gf hubbie has azoo and she found someone online i think she had him tested and tests every 6 mths i think. Shes got a 2 yr old and trying for no 2. She found it very time consuming and had agmt to trt so many times per mth. She self inseminates using a cup i think.
