Merry Xmas everyone ! @Bongley I felt ok for a while but after maybe 4 weeks started feeling less 'healthy' for want of a better term. It was very gradual.
Afm got a new hybrid bicycle for Xmas which is exactly what I wanted. My feet have been getting sore and I don't want to ride my road bike (on the road - and it's too fast for bike paths) now I'm pregnant so will use this one on the many bike paths around home. First ride tomorrow I guess as today will be flat out !

I want to know this too! I am about to go on it next cycle (along with intralipids, clexane etc).... my face is pretty round already! :-D My mum took prednisone long term for ulcerative colitis. It thinned her skin and did horrible things to her bones. I asked the nurse and she said that pred would be OK because most of the side effects happen only with long term use, but to make sure that I 'wean myself off it slowly after the cycle'.

Yes but not too bad. I was only on 12.5mg.
And my weaning wasn't particularly slow. I think I just halved the dose for a week then stopped. The following week was not pleasant for DP but I stopped the progesterone and estrogen at the same time too so was not pleasant to be around. Very irritable.

I love following along with you ladies learning along the way.
I had transfer 16th December so 9dp5dt. My clinic is closed until 4th jan. I snuck in to my gp yesterday 8dp5dt for sneaky blood test - beta 30 and progesterone 29.9. I think beta is good for how early it is but is that progesterone ok?
400mg pessaries 2xday currently. On 3rd medicated fet and finally a second line on a poas, I had never seen one and I'm 36!
    Good luck to you all.
They say that the pessaries are the most effective way of getting progesterone to the uterus, but it doesn't show up on blood tests as well as the injections.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed the day with loved ones! I hope the New Year brings many BFPs on this thread, one for every lovely lady who wants one!

We had a lovely day with family, an earlier one than usual for me, as I've been sick for a week now & still not well. Highlight of the day for us was DH feeling bubba kick for the first time ❤️

How exciting for your DP ! I also felt the very first tiny kick yesterday - merry Xmas to me 😁. I don't think I would have felt it if my hand hadn't been on the spot at the time - it was so light and quick. We just got back from ordering the cots, pram, change table and bought home a bath and stand. This stuff certainly makes it feel a bit more real.

Hi everyone I'm back from our family Christmas celebrations which went well, but boy am I knackered!

Hope you all had a beautiful Christmas, and for those of us (myself included) who had their moments of sadness, I hope 2016 makes all your wishes come true.
