Thanks for keeping the smiles up! I think all that babydust is going to our heads! I'm smiling along with you all (a bit lopsided thank you Bell's, but smiling nonetheless!) Got my bloods back today and I have a pretty significant viral thingy going on so at least we know it's not a brain tumour causing the facial paralysis - so that's got to be a good thing! Am dosing up on everything under the sun and am improving so that's positive.

I'm on the Gold Coast so really happy to go for a drive and meet up with BIB & Julie soon - maybe when my face is a bit more normal
I'm surprised there are not more brisbanites on here..

@JulieMalooley - yes there's not many. I lived in Brisbane for about 15 years until moved 30km west, but I'm originally from the UK and moved to Aus in 1995 after I finished Uni.

I've always used BioCeuticals, it's ubiquinol (the other form it comes in is ubiquinone, but your body has to process it & change it to ubiquinol, so more effective to take it) 150mg. I took 4 a day as studies suggest 600mg to improve egg quality. It's something naturally produced by your body, but as you get older, not so much.

@JulieMalooley exploding roids!!! Ouch, ouch, ouch you poor thing! As for dettol, yeah I remember that stuff too, we would all be hearing the screams by now.

is it just me and @tuxcat in sydney?

AFM well I am feeling incredibly tired, its one of those times when I'm blaming it on being a lazy **** but I think it's more than that. Also, I think the steroids are getting to me, I am getting incredibly impatient with everything, especially inanimate objects. Luckily my partner can see the funny side and I am trying not to take it out on him. GRRR. 4 more weeks and I can wean off.

7 days to the growth scan

@Bongley bet the week cant go fast enough for you leading up to the scan! Im sure everything will be just great, being 25 (?) year old eggs is such a different story to 40somethings! Hilarious about the inanimate objects, I bet your DH is having a good time with that

I had the most amazingly lovely dream this morning that I VERY surprisingly gave birth to a baby girl. I didn't believe it was happening (no idea what would do that??) until I felt a foot protruding out of my pelvis and then I knew it would be ok. So vivid and we were in this cloud of love!!! ...so anyway back to reality!! Was nice though and hope its a sign of good things to come to us this year ...or next!

hoping this rain is going to stop and we will see some sun again today!

    hi to everyone

Well I did my last pee test I have in the house. I was hoping for two bright lines. But the second only seems the same as my first test. Should I be worried? Grrrr I hate these tests. I'm not sure if it's two or three hours of holding. Can't go longer than that
    Peer pressure......

@Precious40 are you having a second blood test done? My doc got me in a week later to make sure the numbers were going up.

@Precious40 I would stop testing, it just stresses you out - I never test after the initial one as thats enough for me. Unless you have any reason to think otherwise (bleeding or excessive pain) then I would assume everything is ok. They have got you doing second bloods anyway so try and stay calm.
