@Chiefsgirl and any of the other girls taking CoQ10. Dr M just said CoQ10 150mg. But I think I remember you girls mentioning a word similar to 'ubiquitol CoQ10'. Help..I'm confused!! Today I bought the Blackmores CoQ10 150mg and Caltrate with 600mg Calcium and 1000iu Vit D. Is that correct?

@midnite01 I knew I got it wrong. I even repeatedly asked the sales person but she didn't know what I was talking about. Can I get it from CW?

I take Bioceuticals Ubiquinol BioActive CoQ10 - you need doctor or naturopath script for it. FS just said CoQ10. I wonder if ubiquinol is just marketing hype... It's more expensive too.

I buy from good earth shop they offer good discounts and find quality better than at cw. They have stores in camberwell i usually go to the one in northcote. I find cw vitamin quality a bit so so.

@Tahli- you need ubiquinol which is the pure form. I also use the herbs of gold one. Sometimes I'm able to get 150mg bottle and I take 3 a day and if I can only get the 100mg I take 4 of those a day. They're about $50 for a bottle of 30 in health food stores.
