At 4 weeks your little speck is safely tucked away behind your pubic bone, not up in your abdomen. As others have said its well and truly protected. Cramps could be so many other things. Unless they're accompanied by bleeding I wouldn't worry. Best of luck keeping your secret until Christmas!
