Well, having a 2 & 4 year old, I see little option but to put them all out AFTER they fall asleep on Christmas Eve!

As soon as I've wrapped them which varies from year to year. Usually about a week to two weeks out. I'll be wrapping today so they'll go out today.
Obv Santa presents go out after the kids are in bed Xmas eve.

I'll go for the Xmas Eve option this year (after DS goes to bed).

Presents from extended family and dh and my presents to each other go out as soon as they're wrapped. Our presents for dd and the presents from Santa will go out Christmas Eve. I think having presents waiting under the tree builds the excitement!

I'd love to have them out already but one of my dogs would chew on them overnight. So they sit wrapped in my wardrobe.
