Dd and I love our "green juice" We go through fazes but this is our favourite at the moment.
    2 x kiwi fruit
    Big handful of baby spinach
Topped up with pineapple juice and a bit of ice.
We have a nutribullet but it works in a blender too.

I freeze all my own fruit and make a "super" kale frozen mix which is just fresh kale, chia seeds and coconut water blended then frozen into ice cube trays - I just make up the quantities and we have a nutri ninja so it blends really well!

    My fav:
    Frozen mango
    Frozen pineapple
    1 cube frozen super kale
    Handful goji berries
    Coconut milk
    Coconut water

    DS fav-
    Frozen pineapple
    Frozen banana
    1 cube super kale
    Almond milk
    Goji berries

    DH fav
    Frozen strawberries
    Frozen mango
    1 cube super kale
    1 fresh orange
Protein mix ( almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds)
    Water

We try to watch our fruit consumption so these are our current recipes-

Juice - big bunch kale or silverbeet, celery, cucumber, ginger, tumeric, lemon and one Apple (makes enough for 3 large serves using our cold press juicer).

Smoothy - half a frozen banana, kale, spinach, chia, flaxseed, lime, mint, coconut water and heaps of ice (makes one).

For DS I use 1 frozen banana, bunch of spinach, chia, flaxseed, almonds, ice and coconut water.

Sometimes we substitute the banana for pineapple or mango.
