Don't feel guilty! The service they've given you has been atrocious! They deserve to be called out on it and held accountable. I can't believe you didn't even get an acknowledgement or apology from them with your last email.

Any good business should have better customer service than you've received,but for a product at that price? Those responses are seriously appalling.
Good customer service is seriously not that hard. Value your customers (and their time/money etc.), and treat them accordingly.
