This is the email I sent:
Just wondering if there is any progress on the postage of the May Green pencil as per my email of December 4th.
I try very hard to support Australian businesses, and this has been a considerable purchase for me. I believe I have been extremely patient considering that I paid for the product months before I received it (given that it was marked available on your website but was in fact unavailable for weeks); received pencils that were not in order and were not a complete set; demonstrated complete honesty with you when I receive someone else's order; dealt with your business' error by sending the pencils on to the correct person and paying for this out of my own pocket, only to find to my frustration that my pencil still hadn't been sent, and now I am yet to receive it.
This may be hard to understand, but it is important to me to have a complete set, which is what I ordered. It was important to me to receive the set with the pencils laid out in order, which I didn't. It was all part of the beauty and presentation of the product which justified the price for me.
I realise that postage is difficult to predict over the Christmas period, but given that my initial order (and payment in full) took place on October 16th we are now coming up to 3 months wait overall!

I predict a full refund btw, if they are a decent company. Do they have a facebook page? Post that on there if you don't get a response and watch how fast you get that green pencil 😉

I've only just come across this thread and omg I need to know what happens!!
How irritating and what poor customer service! How can they give out other customers details and expect YOU to take time out of your day for their stuff up?

Well they don't really have a higher up. I'm pretty sure they run their business from home.
Here is what I got in response:
'Hi, I just got a May Green in today. I'll put it in the post now.'
When I finally have this damn pencil I will be sending biting feedback. Biting.
