    Just make in review you mention
    * you given other customers names and addresses.
    *ask to post other people orders at your expense.


    On top the ridiculous wait. Been lied to and no apology. Etc. .

    There is no way in freaking he'll I would order from someone who gives out their customers address will nilly. Or from someone that expected their customers to fix the company's mistakes and make me pay for them.

    Ok. This is my draft.

    I didn't mention that I paid for posting the other order because they did offer to pay for that, and they also had that person's permission to pass on their details so it felt unfair to comment on that.

    I'm going to sit on it overnight and see if I feel like posting it:

    A beautiful product, which I am thoroughly enjoying using. However -

    I wish I could say something positive about my experience shopping with this business. From the start they have presented as a bumbling, uncertain backyard business - advertising 'out of stock' products as available, displaying utter confusion when returning calls from them within 5 minutes of a message being left, 'forgetting' to send missing elements of my order on (but stating that they had), asking me to deal with their own mistakes (sending me the wrong order and asking me to send it on to the correct person) without offering any thanks, either being conveniently 'confused' or else lying about their previous actions...it would be highly amusing if it weren't so infuriating. It betrays a complete lack of the minimal record keeping/organisational skills that I would expect from any business.

    I try to support Australian businesses wherever possible, and I certainly don't expect perfection. My issues here, and in fact the sole reason I am posting this review, come from a complete lack of willingness to acknowledge their deplorable customer service and provide me with an apology. I do not feel in the slightest like a valued customer, I do not appreciate the extremely polite email of complaint that I sent being totally dismissed, and I will never be using this company again. If only they could have taken responsibility for their shortcomings in my transaction.

    Default What should I do next?

    Post it. They have been so Sh!t. I can't believe they haven't apologised. Reminds me of a bad experience I had with an eBay store. Item never arrived (birthday invites). Offered every excuse under the sun when I asked where they were. Refused to refund and only offered store credit. I had to go through PayPal to get it back (was under $10!) and then tried to bribe me to change my feedback (which was negative, but all facts not emotion) with an offer of more store credit, but never once issued an apology. I refused. They asked me 3 more times! So I told them if they contacted me again, I'd report them to eBay. Some people just should not run businesses.

    I would maybe also add the timeframe it actually took for you to receive the whole order from when you paid for them too?
