Default Centrelink - upload docs ?!?

Hoping someone can please help before I totally lose my crap at my computer.

I am doing an online claim and need to add in my rental agreement to support. Now I have scanned in and it's sitting in my uploaded documents. How do I get it to the claim?

I also took photos of the agreement with the app and uploaded too but the claim is still saying submit documents.

What the f am I doing wrong?

It's the first time we have rented in many years so I am new to this stuff!!

    Help please!!!

You don't need to make it claim. As long as it's successfully uploaded it will be attached to your claim.

As for the other question I would ring centrelink just to make sure all received.
