Default Living in the moment? How do you do it?

Does anyone else struggle living in the moment? I am really organised and always thinking of my next move plus also constantly thinking about having more children. I just wish I could enjoy living in the moment more and I am really trying to work on it.

Anyone have any good tips to live in the moment? Thanks

Would love to be able to do this. We are currently ttc no.2 and have been for nearly 3 years now and have turned to IVF. We are always living month to month and cycle to cycle thinking about the what ifs. So would love to learn to live in the moment as feel like we are wishing our lives away.
