    This is the info sheet my gp gave me. When I seen him I was going through two to three inhalers a week. It won't show up on an allergy test either and this isn't a complete list of food. My worst triggers are coconut, jam/jelly foods/ dried fruit.

    There's different amounts of sulphites in different food and they can build up for awhile before you get a reaction.
