I want to buy Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation, but I haven't been shade matched for it in person (I tried to on the weekend, but my local David Jones don't stock it). Both my current foundations match me to shade 4 in Luminous Silk.
I'm not sure about the Sephora one, but I've used findation and it was accurate.

I’m so far behind the times but I bought a new chubby stick today and I forgot how much I love them! Formula is good, colour payoff good, and not drying.
I bought the red one mighty maraschino I think it’s called. Excuse cr@p pic but the colour is great!
Today I’m trying Clinique take the day off balm. I thought I’d had it before but it doesn’t look familiar! I have been using Chanel cleansing oil and I love it but can’t justify the price. Has anyone else used a cleansing balm or oil?

The chubby sticks are nice - I've got one in a pink shade.

I've never used cleansing balm or oil - I usually go with a gentle foaming cleanser (I find it hard to go past Sukin for effectiveness and affordability).

Anyone use Rationale skincare? Is it worth it? I had a phone consult today, 4 products were recommended but those 4 products are over $500. Would love to hear to reviews if anyone’s used it? Otherwise if you can recommend a cosmeceutical that won’t break the bank but will still do the job id love to hear about them. I’ve used skinstitut recently but don’t love it. I have combination skin.

It's National Lipstick Day, so lots of brands have deals going with free lipsticks with purchases. I know MAC, Estee Lauder, Inglot, YSL, and Georgio Armani are involved, and I'm sure there would be others.

I just ordered some more studio fix powder from MAC and chose the Cherish (a peachy nude) lipstick. Their lipsticks are my favourite.

For those who use Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk - what primer/setting spray do you use?

It just doesn't seem to be working for me. The application and finish is nice at first, but it doesn't look good a couple of hours later. It doesn't have much staying power and my forehead gets oily quite quickly.

I'm going to persevere because it's so expensive, but I'm wondering if I just need to accept it doesn't work for me (?)

I use the GA Fluid Master primer.

I recently bought a new luminous silk and I just can’t get it to work for me. Primer or no primer. I used to use an Armani primer that was gel like but it clogged me up and my skin ended up all congested.
Luminous silk seems to break up on my skin and cling to dry patches on cheeks but slides off my nose and chin.
I wish they didn’t discontinue lasting silk. It was the best!
Power fabric works well for me with staying power but the consultant convinced me to try the compact version and I can’t stand it.

Has anyone tried any Charlotte Tilbury makeup? I want to try her new airbrush foundation. People are loving it. But I don’t know if I want to risk the colour match her website recommends

Oh dang, sounds like we’re having the same issues

Haven’t tried any Charlotte Tilbury stuff, though people do seem to rave about it.

Hey everyone, I am about to have a few months off work and I'm looking forward to not having to do the full face. I'll be doing a bit of travelling as well so I need recommendations for a fantastic BB cream or tinted moisturiser. I currently use Napoleon products mostly and I have used that BB cream in the past but don't love it.
