    Pretty much. Just a bit of puff pastry with apples, bit of brown sugar and a few tiny cubes of butter sprinkled around and baked in the oven. At least I'll eat it lol DS didn't like it as soon as he worked out there was fruit.

    Not sure if it's a sugar biscuit but I made an arroot recipe for DD's birthday that sjk made and it was so yummy.

    I'm not sure what a sugar biscuit is but try 125g butter, 3/4c of icing sugar mixture and 2 1/2c of plain flour. Makes a good biscuit you can roll and cut. Bake at 160 for 15m. If it seems a bit dry double the butter (my memory isn't 100%).
