We were the same - would be happy with just a healthy Bub irrelevant of sex. But hubby was more than a little chuffed we are baking blue.

Thanks for the info NORgirl - I still have a drawer in my fridge full of drugs that I don't know what to do with and I don't really want to throw syringes in the bin :/

I guess they secretly want a mini me! I said we will keep popping them out until we have a girl one day! (if my eggs allow me too..I have a super low AMH I found out).

Hopeful I had my 12 week scan on Saturday at 11w7d. I was super nervous but emby (thats what we call HIM) was kicking about though he kept covering his face. The sonographer kept jiggling the poor guy around trying to get him to show his face (and pushing on my very full bladder!! I nearly peed on the bed). It was amazing though, definitely a day to remember.

My husband thinks we have a girl on board im 4weeks 4days so a fair way off finding out. Mothers intuition told me are first child was a girl. I cried when I found I was having a boy this time I hope for another boy but knowing my luck dh will prob be right again. Boys are precious doesnt matter how rough and tough they are deep down they are all mummies boys

Hopeful & Gypsychild- Congratulatioms on your bundles of blue!!
Unfortunatwly the Harmony test failed for me, so will have to wait I think until 18 week scan, but Sonographer was pretty confident at 12 week scan one of the rwins is a girl.... 16 week scan on Monday.... kinda hoping we might see something then. FX

What's this 16w scan ppl keep referring to? That's not a standard scan, just wondering why some are having them.

If you go private you have a scan at every appointment. Some doctors class ivf preg as high risk. Ridiculous. And they will allow ypu to go for more scans as reassurance
