A lot of you girls seem to be given pessaries - is there a reason for that?

I had crinone when I did my first cycle. Are the pessaries stronger? They don't sound nice you poor things

Last night a huge huntsman with extra long legs wrapping itself around my body made an appearance! Woke up kicking and flailing in a panic.

Last time I was on the prog gel I had huge AF symptoms and a BFN. So I'm putting all this down to the fact that I'm on pessaries this time. Any strange happenings for you?
@Mink I had quite a bit of light cramping yesterday too but nothing today so I'm convinced the embryo didn't hatch (irrational but true). That dream sounds terrifying! I've also been having weird dreams, last night involved a boat but I can't remember the details now. I think mine was from the Valium!

I don't know whether one method is 'better' than the other but I have found it really easy using the, ahem, back door. Not messy at all.

It has been a long road to get to today. 2.5yrs ttc and past year with FS (male infert due to chemo). We are with Monash IVF in melb. I had EPU today and ended up with 6 eggs. I think im happy with that. My dosages were quite conservative as I have a few cysts on ovaries but not pcos apparently. I am starting pessaries tomorrow aswell. Doesnt sound like much fun. I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing our journeys together.
@melsam85 Welcome and well done on the 6 eggs That sounds quite good with conservative dosage too! Looking forward to your updates. All the best xx
