Hi ladies, hope everyone is going well. Where is everyone at right now?

I'm on day 3 of stims

Sariele, so true what you say, I was supremely lucky to conceive DS on our first IVF cycle. At the time I was relieved because I had done 3 failed IUIs and 1 failed at home insemination and I thought it would never happen. How naive of me! That was over the course of about 5-6 months.

This time around we went in with a more realistic outlook (especially as we were using DPs uterus and so it was another experiment!) and gosh, a year later we are still at it. Between us, DP and I have 2.5 stim cycles, 4 IUIs (one was a failed attempt at IVF) and 4 FETs. I'm starting to feel like a veteran although it's nothing compared to your six stims. Amazing. I am certainly learning patience and endurance on this journey.

Hello everyone. Thought I'd jump in to as I'm due to start my 6th cycle next week (3 fresh x2 fet previously). 2015 was really hard so I'm hoping I have luck or at least some more options in 2016. Wishing everyone here the same. Hope to see lots of bfps over the coming weeks.

Just had my endo scratch, ow ow ow. FS couldn't find my cervix, so he had to "pull it out of hiding". Then he said there was a little bit of scarring on it that he had to break through. By the time he did that I didn't even feel the scratch!

And I just realised I left the clinic without paying!! But the nurse didn't tell me to report back to reception after, so maybe it'll just get added to my cycle fee. I'll call again this afternoon to check, lol.

A nurse should be calling me later today re: ordering my drugs. Then AF is due in a week.

Hi sariele just wondering what the endo scratch is for? Haven't heard of it before

I can't remember the science behind it, but apparently damaging your lining during the luteal phase of your cycle can assist with implantation the following cycle. So they get in there and give it a little nick.

@Annie85 - that's a pretty quick turnaround. I've not heard of the nasal spray... Is that instead of oral tablets? Is it part of a sudden cycle? Sorry very new to all this!
@lexi123 - I met with my FS back in Sept/Oct so all tests have been done. I'm going to get a 2nd opinion but need to wait for more bloods so end of Jan. Guess we can start til the following cycle in Feb... More waiting! Lol
