Default Can any Canberra Mums help me out?

    Hello,

I have a good friend moving to Canberra just before Christmas. I was thinking of getting her and her DH a voucher to a local restaurant for a gift. Does anyone have any recommendations of a nice place in Canberra? She is moving to Gungahlin if that's any help.

    Thanks ladies 😊

I mostly know the Belconnen area, so a little way from Gungahlin. In Belconnen both Ha ha bar and Bella Vista are nice.

How nice a restaurant ? Location is less of an issue in Canberra because you can get everywhere in 15-25 minutes or thereabouts.

Canberra is awesome. I love Canberra. Hoping to move back there if I find a different job.

Are you into live music @Rose&Aurelia&Hannah ?

Hey @Scuba Gal. No not really any more. 3 kids in 5 years beat that out of me. Now I'm more of a cafe with a playground girl.

The arboretum is fabulous for a cafe with a playground!
    Sorry to derail op.

Oh that's good to know. Somewhere quite nice I guess, where they wouldn't necessarily take themselves? Lol not sure how helpful that answer was!
