Ok so this is a weird one, my DS has all his teeth, he's 21 months, but now at the bottom, behind his last molars, I see white under his gums as if new teeth are coming through!! Is that possible?
He's got a heap of quirky things about him so this wouldn't surprise me, but of course maybe it's not possible?

I think it is possible, I am missing eye teeth and 2 molars - it runs in my family. So I guess if you can be missing them then you probably can have extras lol.
