My 6 year old daughter has been at Glenferrie Primary School for prep this year, and her two best friends are moving to Auburn South Primary School for grade one next year. We almost sent her to Auburn South for prep at the beginning of this year because most of her girlfriends from kinder were going there, but decided on Glenferrie Primary.
She's had a bit of a hard time settling in this year, and has often come home saying that nobody will play with her (which is obviously heart breaking). I'm thinking that a move to Auburn South for grade 1 may just be a good thing.
If you were in the same circumstances, what would you do?
