Does anyone know why the clearblue digital ovulation tests specifically say to use first morning urine when every other brand suggesting doing it later in the day and definitely not using first morning urine?

Why do cb OPK's have opposite instructions?

FMU is usually more concentrated so can give a false reading. I used to do mine at around 11am.
I'm not sure why the first brand you mentioned says to use FMU.
