    Love the camera idea!!

I might try the journal as well! Although my 12yr old nephew is such a ️boys boy LOL!

Anyone else with pearls of wisdom?

You could get them a Polaroid camera to share? Although the film is quiet expensive - $20 for 10 photos.

Otherwise Kiki k has nice children's travel journals but again not for an older boy!

You could also look at where they are going and book an 'experience' for them at that destination - zoo, cruise etc.

What about a nice beach towel, swimmers, hat etc?

Kids binoculars? National Geographic have half decent pairs for $50.

    Walkie talkie set?

    Solar powered torches?
