Hello Ladies! I'm about 3 months out from doing my 1st (and hopefully last) ED cycle and was wondering what supplements should I consider taking. Just so use to taking the umpteen supplements whilst undergoing IVF with my own eggs that I feel like I should be doing more. Currently on the pre-nat vitamin, co q10, vit e, Macca. As like all of us, just don't want to leave anything to chance.

Hi, I was on a heaps of supplements as well while ttc naturally including macca etc, I dropped everything bar the prenatal, iron, extra folic acid and oil. I would probably drop the macca as that helps to regulate your hormones amongst other things and I'd presume your down regulating so that seems a contradiction and I didn't feel comfortable continuing to take it, I really stripped everything back and just went with the basics but you need to take what feels right as you do t want to wonder "what if" if it doesn't work the first time, good luck !!
