    Default app or kids games all in one locked folder?

    I remember some time ago people talking about an app you can get..put all your kids games on it then when your child wants to play with the phone you just open this app and they cant exit It unless have password. I have an iphone.. can anyone help??

    I have kids mode... I add all the apps in there and the kids can't get out of it without a pin... thats samsung though. .. surely apple would have something similar

    Is it actually called kids mode? I'd love something like this on my samsung.

    Default app or kids games all in one locked folder?

    It called guided access and you do it through your iPhone settings. Go to

    Settings
    general
    Accessability
    Guided access
    Switch on
    Set passcode.

    Then when you open the app you wish your child to play with, on the opening screen you tap the home button 3 times and start the session. They can't exit the app without the step below.

    When they are finished you can tap the button 3 times and select end session.

    Hope I didn't miss any steps.

    Great thank will try those. Yeh I had kid mode on my old phone but I phone doesn't have it. It was perfect though!!
