    @Sue77 she believes we can get preg, doesn't think there is an issue with our eggs etc coz we get mature and blastocysts... Her gut feeling is we need to take a break, get my health up, and we r doing a lap end of Jan to rule out any disease stopping implantation. Because I've had ectopic and so many Chem/early miscarriages...

    So fingers xd then our results for our Lone Ranger in the freezer come back Normal and we'll do FET in Feb.

    Guess it feels good to have some sort of plan, and I could probably do with the break

    Default Lynn Burmeister Monash IVF-feedback wanted please #6

    @Charlie74
    Not sure if you have decided on the scratch or not but I recommend asking Lynn if she thinks you would benefit from one and if it will improve your chances of success.

    I have a very tight cervix which makes a transfer very hard for them to perform on me and its excruciatingly painful for me- feels like a Pap smear everyone assured me but noooo!! I'm still traumatised by the experience and Valium did nothing for me as yes i felt relaxed but does nothing for pain ☹

    2 specialists- including Lynn have told me that a hysteroscopy would improve my chances of success. She tried to do a scratch for me but I was crying in pain so she said let's try a hysteroscopy. Another specialist believed it would improve my chance of success by 40%.

    The next transfer I wasn't in too much pain - maybe a couple of seconds vs about 15 mins the first time. I became pregnant from that second transfer after the hysteroscopy but it ended up being a blighted ovum.

    So as yuk and unpleasant as the scratch is, if it is recommended to you to improve your chances it might be worth considering (just think, giving birth birth will most likely be more painful!!).

    @Sue77 you never know huh! Fingers xd ❤️

    Ugh been a bit stressed... DH was facing being made redundant all of a sudden 2 days ago, and now we don't know what's going on... My heart was leaping thinking he'd be home for the holidays but my head was freaking out... Such a rollercoaster of emotions this last week... Taking one day at a time lol
