    @SophJ correct it's a blood test that both you & your partner have to do, not covered by Medicare so it's $220 in total ($110 each). Our results took 4 weeks. Subsequent LIT treatment costed $1300 (you do twice so around $650 per treatment). Intralipids around $200, none subsidies by Medicare or PH. Good luck! Don't hesitate to let me know if I can provide further info, hate that there are more questions than answers in this field

    Still TBC-my 1 miscarriage was pre lap (silent & mild endo excised) & pre LIT (TTC naturally), the immune treatments (or could have been lap) completely changed my cycles (went from regular 32-33 days to 28 days) so completely missed O a couple cycles... Have you had NK cells measured? There's a NK cell thread very knowledgable contributors & info

    It's good to have shorter and more regular cycle now!
    Yes, I've done NK cell test/biopsy. The result is 11, not sure what that means but LB told me there was nothing to worry about.

    What CD did you have your NK cells tested though? Mine were 14 pre O, 30 post O, NL deems anything about 8 as too high..

    To add to the confusion, essentially an inconclusive study 😔

    I had mine tested on CD21, which is 7 days after ovulation. And LB would put me on prednisolone and intralipid anyway. What protocol would Dr NL use?

    For just NK cells, NL does 2mg dex & asprin from CD1, IL on CD8 or 9 & clexane from O. Obviously plus LIT for DQ alpha. I opted for pred (20mg) instead of Dex as it doesn't cross placenta as readily. With IVF NL is happy to prescribe filgrastim (Neupagen) too..

    @Sue77 that's no fun! My ohss drama we didn't transfer but I think they'll stick regardless it just might make you sicker xxx take care of you
