But for today, I'm filled with sadness.

I'm so sorry hon, I really am. To go from sheer joy to absolute heartbreak is just crushing, as many of us know all too well. I had really hoped for a miracle for you and am heartbroken on your behalf.

I have always said that the universe has a plan, and I still firmly believe that. Sometimes though it is really hard to see what that plan might be.

Sending you all the healing vibes I can, and wishing you peace. I am truly sorry your little one couldn't stay.

It's just exhausting.
That stresses me out just reading it @Tahli The cost really takes its toll on us emotionally as well. I think many people don't understand how it is literally such a huge financial gamble where the odds are really not in our favour. Even with donor eggs/sperm

Thanks @Blossom. I was secretly holding out for a miracle too. Hopefully my hcg is back down to zero on the day I start bleeding or by Friday so there's not too much messing about on that front.

Hmmm. I had my HCG tested today too, heading towards 0 hopefully so that my body can start to heal properly and get itself back into some kind of cycle.

My results will come in this afternoon. Not that mine are anything to get excited about, but hey - a 0 would mean no more BT's for a while, so I suppose I can celebrate that....

@Charlie74, sorry I had to stalk you here to ask you question. Are you doing another fresh cycle with LB? I remember you also had lining issues. Did your lining end up thickening? And did you do FET for your normal PGD embie?

I'm so sorry to hear that @Tahli. Wouldn't you think with young eggs, once you get implantation you are home and hosed. How unfair is that 😔
