    Did you try gumtree?

Gym stuff always goes on our BS pages quite quickly.

I was really umming and ahhing about using BSS with my Facebook as well.

I put some things on gumtree and only one went after a few days. Added the same things last night on two buy/swap/sell pages and i've got people are coming to buy 2 of the 4 items this morning.

My plan was to be polite and helpful when communicating with people and then delete the ad's etc after they've sold.

I don't use Ebay anymore because of the fees and time wasters.

I was thinking bss might be good bc it needs to be picked up as it's really big and heavy.

I think just give it ago.

Double check all your Facebook account privacy settings before you post and then delete the ad and messages after it's sold.

You can always make a separate profile just for selling too. We have a few down here that have done that for privacy reasons or because they are selling helps and want to keep it separate.

Good point - the updates through the news feeds can get a bit annoying!

Think I just set a new record - 22 minutes from posting ad to the item being picked up......

I did get an offer on ebay but it was $50 less than what I listed. Will wait until the auction ends and then if it doesn't sell try the other options. There's 14 people watching and 4 days left so I am hopeful.
