I have one sitting in my garage. If I can get $350 might just give it a go at selling it

I'm guessing it was $109 from a catalog or something but they are selling for $100, unless I have it wrong bring the price down a bit more I'd say!

OK honest opinions....what do u think is a fair price for this? Latest barbie dream house. In toys r us for $329 ATM. Only a few months old, 75+ accessories. A couple of faults....elevator no longer works but is pretty useless anyway as dd just played with it as normal and barbie just went up levels from the front, a few stickers missing little bits - nothing overly noticeable.

Wow, over $300 at toys r us! How big is it?

Honestly, I probably wouldn't pay more than $50, but I have a son, so no clue the value of barbie items.
