    I'm guessing it was $109 from a catalog or something but they are selling for $100, unless I have it wrong bring the price down a bit more I'd say!

    OK honest opinions....what do u think is a fair price for this? Latest barbie dream house. In toys r us for $329 ATM. Only a few months old, 75+ accessories. A couple of faults....elevator no longer works but is pretty useless anyway as dd just played with it as normal and barbie just went up levels from the front, a few stickers missing little bits - nothing overly noticeable.

    Wow, over $300 at toys r us! How big is it?

    Honestly, I probably wouldn't pay more than $50, but I have a son, so no clue the value of barbie items.

    Its over 4 feet tall its huge. Barbie stuff is expensive.

    barbie generally has good resale value, I wouldnt pay alot for it because I dont 'do' barbie but I would pay 50-80$ less second hand for sylvanian families sets so yeah ditto probably barbie
