I don't agree with the delivery but I did think maybe she could have waited til the morning :-)
Oh right, I forgot about the fires. Thought it was just some random jumping on someone trying to sell her stuff.

No, these terms mean that the detail of the allowance payable or how the uniform provision will work in practise will depend on the industry you are in and the award /enterprise agreement that covers you. I acknowledge that those not covered by awards or agreements may not be entitled to a uniform allowance, or be provided one. However, retail and hospitality employees do have an award that covers them.

    Anyway, enough derailing from me😄

The fires are bad. We lost people in Esperance last week and there's fires north as well I think. Going to be a bad year I think.

Are you close to it harvs? I haven't looked on a map to see where it is. Just the bits I've seen on FB.

I find that very rude. Brand new clothes with tags and being sold cheap shows they need money and quickly how wrong to judge. I donate when I can but I wont donate hundreds of dollars of clothing to make others feel better cause I might be in need of help ans money myself.

Not meaning to argue but when not on mat leave I work with legislation. Term "may" means it's a recommendation it's when term " shall" is used that it's mandatory

Regarding Harvs' post... SA pinery fire. Houses lost, people evacuated, properties and stock etc., two dead. I'm a lot further away than Harvs is, and it's the main topic of conversation on pages here, let alone that close.
