    Well last night was an improvement just by putting a thicker blanket over her. First sleep was 5 hours and then every 2 hours for a feed. I'm happy with that for 10 weeks old

    Tried the white noise app and it doesn't seem to do anything for her, we play soft lullabies as part of our bedtime routine which seems to relax her. My parents bought us a swing a couple of weeks ago and whilst she'll happily sit in there she doesn't fall asleep in it. She's very stubborn when it comes to sleeping! She seems to fight nap times during the day even though she's tired
