@midnite, I am lacking a BIB-approved whiteboard and have lost track of everyone. Am I right in my suspicions that you should be providing stick pics for me also....?

@Tahli, how are you doing love? All well? Are you testing daily too? And if so.....can I see, lol.....

@JulieM, how are you doing hon? I am that there has been no more bleeding and you are having an uneventful time. Hoping you are feeling a little bit sicky though - in the nicest possible way, of course

@greenlady, when do we get news on your embies love? Are the test results due soon?

@Blossom74 - 3 whole weeks until I get the results ! So will be 26 Nov at the earliest for the results - last time it was 4 weeks so I'm not going to get hung up on a date!

    Default IVF over 40 #20

@Blossom74 yes I'm definitely feeling urgh today, never enough to actually be sick though. I'm incredibly lethargic too. I thought I might have been coming down with something but I suspect it's pregnancy related. No more bleeding either thankfully. I got back on the clexane today so will see how it goes from here.
I really need to get some clothes to fit my disappearing waistline eg shorts and long pants but is it too early to buy actual maternity gear? I mean I don't want to just buy the next size up in normal clothes and only get 4 weeks wear out of it - can you buy maternity stuff that fits from really early and will fit for a good few months? Or do I just prepare to waste lots of money on clothes? Unfortunately it seems most of my clothes are pretty 'fitted' and don't hide a belly. I'm going to have to announce it at work in the next week or so I think

Ladies I'm going to say the dumbest thing in the world possibly but I thought you had suggested that after trigger you would show as pregnant on a poas. I don't know why but I wanted to see those lines so bad that I did one today before having a transfer and it shows as negative. Is that right???

Hmmm. I don't know much about Maternity wear - being that I've not yet needed it for myself.

However, I bought some big billowy maxi dresses in the hope I could use those over Summer. The top parts were not too tight, so room to 'expand' and the billowy skirt parts had plenty of room to grow. Maybe a couple of those would be good for your down-time, anyway?

As far as work goes, I'm not sure what you do? I'm an officey type person so I'd buy a pair of black maternity pants with the stretchy panel, a couple of loose tops (not fitted, so there is room to grow into them) and a wrap around dress. Wrap arounds, if you buy the right size, should get you through a few months at least!

Also, seriously check out your local Buy Swap and Sell website. Post a "Wanted" advertisement and I'd bet my bottom dollar you will be flooded with offers.
