It took us over 12 months to conceive our first, and we weren't actively TTC with number two. I guess the fertility Gods evened things out for us on that score. There is just under 2 years between DD and DS.

We 'tried' for 5 months for number 2, before getting a bfp and then miscarrying. We decided to give it more effort after that and got pregnant first cycle after d&c.

3 months, exactly the same as it took for our first. I am thankful every day that it has been so easy for us.

We weren't trying, fell pregnant but I had a very early miscarriage. The following month actually tried, fell pregnant and that bubba just turned 1 😊

Ha you dont want me to answer... Our son was 18mths old when I went off the pill and dizzily got excited for the next baby. I congratulated every monthers group member on the news if baby #2...
My son is now 8. He has no siblings. Secondary infertilty smacked us in the face hard. We had no problem with our son at all.
My advice... Shut down your old fashioned 2yr gap rule, its so 2001. Im seeing a huge trend in older mums hitting the labour ward once all kids are at school and mum wants a last chance at pushing a pram now being so much more financial. And we work hard, so why cant we choose when we break to have more bubs?
Time is what you label it. Im just starting IVF for a second baby when our son was conceived after a big night on the town, its a huge change.
Take nothing for granted. Dont pressure yourself. Such is life...

DS1 - four cycles.
DS2 - fell first try.
DD - surprise!
There's 21 months between DS1 and DS1, and 23 months between DS2 and DD. I am so grateful that we had no issues having our babies, and I wish it was as easy for everyone.
