I haven't seen any of the above, and have no desire to.

I haven't seen any Star Wars since the first trilogy. I have zero interest.

I only saw it because of wanting to have a date night with DH. I haven't seen any of the other 6 Star Wars movies...

I am having one of 'those' days and finding it hard to bite my tongue.

So, I am off BH for the night and will hide in my room for the rest of the night. After DS finishes seranading me with a song on his ukulele.

New Hope was the very first movie 😄 the 3 'prequel' movies were not great. But the latest 'Force Awakens' was brilliant.

The Original 3 - A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are well worth watching!

Was it called A New Hope originally though or did that come when they made all the sequels? I'm not a Star Wars nerd so have never bothered finding out.

I am a child of the 70s. I saw the original Star Wars at the drive in about 75 times.

It was renamed A New Hope at some point. When I watched (several billion times) as a kid it was called Star Wars.

I've never seen any Star Wars movies...but E.T? Dirty Dancing? How do people get to be so deprived in their childhood!

I was 17 when dirty dancing came out. So I wasn't really a child anymore (sad to say). I didn't see it until my 30s. I remember when it came out it was totally trashed by the critics and no one I knew saw it. It was only later that it got its cult following.
