    I think my DS does not understand that 'punishment/consequences' are not supposed to be fun.

    After being told multiple times to stop splashing water purposely out of the bath he was told he will need to clean it all up himself. Of course he did it again. And when it came to cleaning he was very excitedly and enthusiastically cleaning up... not quite what I expected.

    DS 1 does this also. Splashing water out of the bath is far more exciting than any possible consequence. Although he hates it when it remove the plug while he is still in the bath (fear of getting sucked down the drain?!) so if he doesn't listen I am terribly mean and just go unplug it...

    Did all the kids have a meeting and decide today was "drive Mummy crazy day?" Mine weren't the only little darlings being naughty/difficult at the shops this arvo! Its not even school holidays here yet and they are driving me nuts

    Dear tradie, if you say you're going to be here at 8:30am, be here then! I didn't receive a confirmation call or SMS yesterday so I tried to call at 4:30 and they'd already gone home. I just love waiting on people, after working all week there's nothing I'd rather do!

    DS is screaming blue murder. Gave him crackers and cheese for arvo tea, he only wants the cheese and now he's finished the cheese he wants more of it. It's all he would eat if I let him but I'm sick of wasting food with him!
