CW 71.7, 3.1kg lost on the challenge
Very happy with my progression. I'll do whatever I can to be under 70 by the end of this challenge which means STAY ON TASK!
I'm in a really good head space at the moment, exercising a lot, cooking healthy food etc, so I'm sure it can be done.

Countdown to Christmas Weight Loss Challenge
Two weeks! This ends on Christmas Eve when the kids are in bed and I'm left alone with the selection boxes. 😂

I go from start of the challenge on Oct 19 + 10 weeks. I need everyone of those weeks to reach my goal!! 😂

im still around 72. I think the Christmas time is one of the hardest to keep on track. I am still going to the gym most everyday, and I have been cooking sensible meals at home, I think it is the parties, and the fun times away from home that do the damage. anyway, I am trying to be good. believe me santa . hahahhaha. marie.

With only a couple of weeks before Xmas, I thought I would touch base today I am 500g off my first target so really trying to reach that before Xmas.

Lost another 900g this week
I can't wait to be in the 60s again!! I will get there before the end of this challenge. My ultimate goal weight is 65kg and it feels so close

Wow - good to see everyone going so well!
My last weigh in was last week - 64.8 kg so still slowly moving in the right direction.
Christmas will be hard but I'm going to try to stay on track. I wish I was one of those people where breastfeeding just melted the fat off but I'm not so I'll keep plugging along.

Getting there but nowhere near toned up and ready for summer.
You could slap my ar$e and ride the ripples!
Anyhoo...that can be a goal for next year.

72.1 today. I am still going to the gym as many days as I can each week, four or five days usually. tis the season to find it hard to loose weight , I guess. I am trying to be good, and since my weight is pretty much stable, I guess im not being too bad. oh well, new year, new effort. I am glad I am ten kilos lighter than this time last year. so that is nice. marie.
