@Bongley glad FS#1 went well today, will be interested how FS#2 goes with you. Good luck my dear.
@Corbes thanks for that info. Sounds like I should force down the fluids then - which I'm not great at doing the best of times

good luck infinity888. I hope you see some real positives on your sticks soon.

the only different symptoms I had last cycle was some dizziness & lightheadedness (with a bit of blurred vision thrown in) 4dp4dt which I think matched to when the embryo started attaching. it lasted for about 15-20mins - I had to go lie down. and tummy cramps/aches like the heaviest days of af when it feels like your tummy's being ripped out (which it is in a way) - these came & went but were stronger than previous cycles where I'd felt lighter aches, if that makes sense (which I think was from the meds). oh & some constipation & gas buildup (sorry, tmi) from 10dpo

FWIW I've always taken crinone a couple of days before a 5 day transfer

So I spoke to my FS today gals and he was great, went into detail about a lot of things, recommends doing a uterine biopsy in 10 days followed by lots of napalm if appropriate and a stimulated FET cycle. I am off to see another FS tomorrow for a second opinion but I'm pretty happy so far (as happy as you can get at the thought of having a chunk of uterus removed and being bloated by rage inducing steroids). So it will be one or the other FS which means I can get started asap. Might even be able to sneak this last cycle in before xmas.

I don't even want to think about how much all this will cost, I have promised my in-laws our first born as repayment so kind of negates the whole exercise really.
Bongley glad to hear things went well with your FS and looking forward to hearing the following opinion. Keep us updated and try not to stress about the money easier said than done I know 😁

Charlie I'll be interested to hear how you go. I've only ever used puregon and synarel as the ovulation inhibitor and ovidrel as trigger. My eggs haven't been great quality so I'm wondering why the gonal f was never offered?? Would it be because I'm under 40?

@Caesardust i understand gonal and puregon are pretty similar ive used both some clinics prefer one over the other also prob to do with $$$ paybacks from distributors i reckon. I havent used menupor but know people who went through lb and in uk who have used it and is meant to assist with egg quality.

After my 7.4mm lining scan I emailed Dr W to see if I could increase my Progynova to fluff up my lining. He replied telling me that once you start Gestone (progesterone) "you cannot thicken up the lining anymore, but 7.4 should be good enough." I had no idea so today I've learnt one extra thing about IVF meds. And yes, the word "should" worries me!
Thanks for the good wishes for Monday's transfer, from a few pages back girls. I fly out on Saturday.
So who are the first girls to be POAS in the coming days?
