Do embryos look different (vastly different) after thawing, compared to the original images we might have been shown?

Hi there, I am 32 years old and have low AMH (3) and endometriosis cysts of (3+cm) on both ovaries. I have decided to do IVF before having a lap as I've heard this can reduce my AMH even more and even push me into menopause. I have two questions; 1. How much does a laparoscopy increase your chances of getting pregnant; both naturally and through IVF.
    2. The clinic I'm with put me on a long down regulation; is this the right option for me? What's the difference in success between long and short?
    Thank you

Under what circumstances is it okay to transfer 2 embryos?

My husband and I have 4 left, and I'd like to (attempt) to use them all if possible. We had a successful live birth after our first cycle and only cycle so far.

What does the current research say about the use of Gonal f versus menopur for stimming. Is one better than the other in terms of improving egg equality ? Is one of them worse for egg quality than the other. Do the answers to these questions differ for over 40s?

Aside from colouring, is there a way to tell if an egg is poor quality? Are there other tests that can be done to determine egg quality?

Adding to rainbow roads question - so called high grade embryos are not necessarily successful and more importantly can be grossly chromosomally abnormal even though they seemingly ' look great'. What is the real benefit of grading them and what does a ' high grade' really indicate ?
