"Fructose is one of the main sugars contained in grapes. This is converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide by yeasts, which is why at the end of the fermentation process there are minimal levels of fructose remaining, which is why you can drink wine when you quit sugar"

Well I'm not going to stop eating fruit 😂 but I agree added sugar is a big problem. I really hate how they take all the fat out of yoghurt and add in heaps of sugar! 😠

I think too little wine is the problem.

You certainly don't need to stop eating fruit! The fibre in fruit helps the body to process the fructose effectively. But in moderation. Like, don't go eating 27 oranges in one day That's why they say to stay away from juices though, as one glass of orange juice could contain 8 oranges, and you wouldn't sit down and eat 8 oranges in one go with your breakfast!
