So sorry @rainbow road Did they say if it was a chem? I'm not sure how they tell really. The nurse told me mine was the embryo trying to implant but she said she only knew that because of my progesterone levels that my body had realised that something was burying in. It would be interesting to know how else they can tell. That's great news about being able to stim again!! Will it be a down reg and how quickly can they get the sperm in?

I'm cramping so not sure when I'll get AF but called the clinic to say we are switching back to me and they said I can do a transfer in Dec. I'm due in a week but last month I had a 40 day cycle because of Poppy's attempt to stay so not sure why I'm cramping now unless my body is confused and using the timing as if I had a normal 26/27 day cycle last month. Who knows?!

She said it was a flat negative. Easier to deal with. Pregnyl must've been playing silly buggers. I will definitely not test next time. Although it's easier when there's that extra pregnyl booster to not be tempted.

My sperm will be in by Xmas and my egg collection will be around Jan 11, so it should all work out okay.

Awesome!! That's great news about the stim cycle! I hope it goes smoothly and that you have a bubba straight up! No more waiting for you!

Sorry to hear RR. Next year has got to be your year. At least you know you gave each little embryo a shot.

I'm no expert with fertility, but when you do a natural cycle for a FET, why is it that you still need to have the pregnyl shots? Have they seen in the past your progesterone is low? Or is it just standard?

I only ask because I didn't have anything in the lead up to my FET, nor after. It must be so disheartening the way the pregnyl gives you that false sense of a positive. I can only imagine you'd be crushed after feeling even for a second that it had worked.

It's great that your sperm won't take too long to come in.

Is DP still going forward with a potential stim cycle in the future?

It's just their standard. I don't know why. It used to be crinone progesterone but they changed it. Probably cheaper! My progesterone with DS was in the 1000s! So definitely no low progesterone problem.

So DP sees a new specialist at IVFA in dec. but because of the sperm waiting list and her needing to get her eggs into tip top shape, she won't stim until mid next year.

I'm feeling good about stimming again though. All along I've thought that frozen weren't going to work for me.

All the best with your new cycle @rainbowroad - are you sticking with the same clinic? I recall you weren't overly impressed with things, or am I making that up?
