I bailed on couch to 5k lol.
I am committed to stick to this though. I want to be healthy. I play competitive netball but not sure if I'll be able to anymore.
Leftovers sounds great to me

Like I said, heart and soul this time for me. I have a fair bit of weight to lose and have always had success on this program as opposed to other weight loss methods. I know it works so now I just need to get my head in it and see it all the way through. It's great to see this thread and know that there is a little bit of support out there to give me a kick in the butt and keep me accountable. The 12wbt forums are great but I've never been overly active in there.

Sticking to a meal plan intimidates me. However, I want to nail this program.

I have done some rounds previously and dropped off half way through. I'm also hoping to be kept to account, even if it's just the eating!
Ps - just changed it over to the running program 🏃

@Ra Ra Superstar I am planning on walking/running 3x a week and 2xgym sessions. I am hoping I will follow through. My DS just started daycare 3x a week and I don't start back until the end of the month so I have no excuses.

I just made my user name shorter ladies just so you know.
I got the all clear from my knee surgeon yesterday so I'm going to try some light cycling soon and see how I go!
