@Aniras the fertility center springwood is a vheap spin off of qfg. 500 oop for ivf. Only use max dose of 450 stims and do both 2+ 3dt fresh but if you get any to freeze they are 5d snd extra money. They are lovely there

Wow @Aniras talk about a tough decision. Would you ever consider donor eggs in Cape Town? At least then you can take the time factor out of it as it won't matter even if you wait another year or two. If you went as cheap as possible to Africa, on your own, and used donor sperm (just because its cheaper than exporting your ex's) it could be done for about $12,000. And very high odds of success. If you had to go back for a frozen transfer after that it would cost you around $3000. If you are open to the idea, and can't come up with an own egg solution, maybe this is something you could work towards ?

@Aniras so sorry you have to make these hard decisions and on your own too. Sounds like travelling to a low cost clinc would be the cheapest thing to do. RPA is dirt cheap, I don't know if they do higher doses of stims, I was always on a low dose because I responded well. You could advertise for an egg donor on eggdonationaustralia.com the donors there donate to single ladies all the time and you just have to cover their costs, which obviously could vary a lot.

AFM Thanks for all your well wishes gals, I am now pupo. I told my FS to pass on the message to the other doctor (who did my transfer last month) that he put in the embryo upside down.

Feeling quite deflated and sad for some reason, not excited at all, I just can't imagine this working now after last months BFN. Just the start of the TWW I guess!
