    Default So what's for dinner?

    Chicken tenders on the BBQ and salad made with veges that DSS1 grew at school. DP brought brownies for them to take to school tomorrow - I checked with the kids and of course they can't take nuts so looks like we are having brownies for dessert. Yum!

    Dinner was baked salmon, asparagus, green beans and broccoli with a honey mustard dressing. A bit of olive bread too.

    Tomorrow, if I get around to picking and cooking the beetroot, will be a salad of roast beetroot, feta, walnuts, baby spinach, mint and cucumber.

    We had guests so made smokey BBQ chicken breast, potato bake, Greek salad and dinner rolls. Dessert was malteeser slice.
