    I chopped sweet potato and made sweet potato chips in the oven, BBQ some salmon fillets and had some left over salad from last night.. Easy and tasty.. Our version of fish and chips!

    Marinated lamb chops in garlic/rosemary done on the BBQ with home made potato salad, betroot & a garden salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot ,cheese & boiled eggs on top😊
